Refund Policy.

We offer 24hour cancellation policy on all orders and we also offer 30-day return policy on retail products ONLY, which means you have 24hour period from time of purchase of any retail product and also 30 days after receipt of your item to request a cancellation within 24hours and a refund within 30days of purchase respectively. The item MUST be in the same condition as it was received to be eligible for a refund, with the tag and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase in terms of the receipt will also be required.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refund on any free plus shipping products. However, in some isolated cases beyond the control of our customers, we advise that you contact our customer service team with proof of purchase with very detailed explanation of the scenario which will be reviewed and we will contact you back with our decision or advice on the next step

To start a return, you will need to contact us at info@quickbargainonline.com and a member of our customer service team will contact you with instructions on how to send your item back to our warehouse.

Product Damages

We encourage our customers to contact us immediately with picture proof of an item should your order be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, to enable us evaluate and in most cases possibly replace it.

Please note nothing is more important than the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve. Due to COVID-19 developments and the recent global restrictions, you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused. These items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain perishable items (such as food products, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and/or personal care items (such as beauty products) are exempted from returns. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas. Please contact our customer service team at Customerservice@quickbargainonline.com if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and reviewed your refund request. You will be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time depending on your country and bank policy or credit card company to process your refund. However, it usually take 4-5 working days.
